Midshire achieves Microsoft Partner Network competency
Office technology and IT service provider Midshire has achieved a Microsoft Partner Network competency. Midshire has recently completed the necessary assessments to be named a Silver Small and Midmarket Cloud Solutions Provider. This adds to its Authorised Education Partner status.
Midshire has demonstrated its ability to meet Microsoft Corp. customers’ continually evolving requirements in today’s vibrant business environment. To earn the Microsoft silver competency, partners must complete a number of exams in order to successfully demonstrate their expertise. Midshire’s high quality service has also been confirmed through current customer references, which consider the success of implementation and customer satisfaction.
Philip Sundet, Midshire Northern’s IT Manager comments,
“We understand that one solution doesn’t fit all organisations so we provide flexible options, such as IT services to a private-cloud, public-cloud or hybrid-cloud. I’m pleased that as a department we have now achieved two Microsoft competencies, both of which help to confirm our proficiency in providing IT services to all types of organisation.”
Midshire’s team of IT professionals recognise the movement towards the adoption of cloud computing to manage business operations. Microsoft’s cloud solutions, based on Office 365, Windows desktop and Windows Server 2012 are increasingly popular and demand is growing amongst small and medium sized businesses for cloud based solutions.
“By achieving a silver competency, organizations have proven their expertise in specific technology areas, placing them among the top 5 percent of Microsoft partners worldwide,” said Phil Sorgen, corporate vice president, Worldwide Partner Group at Microsoft Corp.
“When customers look for an IT partner to meet their business challenges, choosing a company that has attained Microsoft competencies is a smart move. These are highly qualified professionals with access to Microsoft technical support and product teams.”
The Microsoft Partner Network helps partners strengthen their capabilities to showcase leadership in the marketplace on the latest technology, to better serve customers and to easily connect with one of the most active, diverse networks in the world.
