Nick Rose wins at the Stockport Business Awards
The Stockport Business Awards, held on the 2nd October was another fantastic evening celebrating Stockport’s leading businesses and individual talent.
Held at the Hallmark Hotel, the Stockport Business Awards organised by local accountants Clarke Nicklin is now recognised as one of the main business events of the year in Stockport, as contenders wait with baited breath to find out who will be crowned cream of the crop in each of the 13 categories.
Representing Midshire at this year’s awards was Regional Sales Manager, Nick Rose who was nominated and crowned victor in the category ‘Young Business Person of the Year’, beating off some tough competition.
This is the second major award for Nick, who was crowned Manchester Champion at the Made In Manchester Awards earlier this year.
Nick has been instrumental in fundraising for local charities such as Francis House Children’s Hospice over the past 18 months. Money has been raised through the F72 world record breaking football event and more recently the Can You Sing Manchester? singing competition.
