Midshire Telecom – Take a Chance – Winners!
In recognition of the fantastic work our staff achieve in their respective roles, we found it only appropriate to congratulate and commend this continued effort, by running an incentive throughout the month of May, called “Take a Chance”.
During the period, we asked members of the Support and Engineering teams to do something that is above and beyond their normal job role or duty. Employees would be awarded a “Chance” after completing a task, solving a customer issue, making a customer happy or improving the way we do things within the Telecoms Department.
Employees could accumulate as many “Chances” as possible during the month of May, obviously the more chances you accumulate, the higher chance you would have of winning one of the fantastic prizes!
All chances were placed into a raffle to be drawn on 31st May.

Midshire’s Operations Director, Simon Lister commends all staff involved:

Every single member of our office and field based service delivery teams were involved in this initiative, and what was so pleasing about it was that every single person had a chance in the draw as they had done something “above and beyond” for one of our valued customers. It is what sets us apart from the crowd and I am looking forward to the implementation of further commitments we have made to drive continuous improvement in our customer service. Hopefully next time I can get my hands on one of these TVs!”
