Midshire Legal goes from Strength to Strength

Posted on

Midshire’s growing legal division has cemented its partnership with North West practices thanks to total print management systems that are keeping firms’ costs down and increasing their efficiencies and data security.

The Stockport-based business systems specialist, which now looks after some of the region’s busiest firms, teamed up with Hill Dickinson to offer document security advice to the Manchester business community, outlining the eye-watering penalties companies face if the data stored in printers, copiers and scanners is not properly policed.

The company, which also has a growing schools and education client base, is also working with Hill Dickinson to highlight the risks to public sector organisations if their data is not maintained securely.

Work within the sector has led to product diversification which has had a big cost-saving impact for law firms.  Midshire now offers a purpose-built legal telephone exchange service, Legal TX®.  This exchange allows any Legaltx customer to call any solicitor, barrister or chambers totally free of charge, whether the recipient of the call is a Legaltx member or not. ww.legaltx.co.uk

Midshire’s commitment to cost cutting and business continuance across computer systems and document management is proving  popular with law firms’ IT and office managers too.

Chris Walker, IT manager Gorvins Solicitors, said:  “I’ve worked with our Midshire’s representative Nick now for a good six years.  He’s always available on the end of the phone; if there are any issues – which are few and far between – he’s there to resolve them.  He’s a nice guy and he really looks after us, we’d certainly do return business with him.”

Andrew Perry, SAS Daniels, said: “Nick at Midshire is always a pleasure to work with, he took time and trouble over getting the right equipment into this firm, and he always responds very quickly.”

Midshire is offering legal firms in the North West the opportunity to have a free, no obligation audit of their current systems, complete with a report outlining potential for combined cost savings and service improvements.
