When you take out an IT support contract with Midshire you will have unlimited access to our IT Help-Desk. Simply log a support request, and we’ll take care of the rest. Our SLAs are our promise to your that we will deal with your request within a given timeframe, dependent on your contract level, however all our customers receive support within 4 hours.
