Midshire Awarded CompTIA Accreditation for Managed Print Services
Midshire can announce that it has successfully completed the CompTIA Managed Print Trustmark accreditation, which signifies its adherence to best practice and customer service in the area of Managed Print Services.
Midshire is a leading national provider of office technology solutions, covering areas such as: print and photocopiers, telecommunications and broadband solutions as well as IT products and services. As a specialist managed print service provider for over 20 years Midshire was keen to demonstrate its knowledge and status as a principal provider in the industry.
CompTIA is a renowned IT services industry body that aims to promote and develop the skills and services of companies within the industry. The Trustmark was designed specifically for technology businesses offering on-premise print services via a managed services business model. Founded in 1982 the organisation has tens of thousands of members who benefit from the resources, education and certification offered.
In order to gain the accreditation, Midshire was required to complete a business competency test along with a skills and knowledge based assessment, as well as provide documented evidence of its provision in the area of managed print service.
“Earning this credential identifies Midshire as a business that meets or exceeds the best business practices the IT industry has to offer,” said Nancy Hammervik, senior vice president, industry relations, CompTIA.
The industry accreditation confirms Midshire’s position as one of the leading suppliers of managed print services in the UK. Midshire is now only one of nine companies in the UK to achieve the recognition.
Businesses looking for a managed print service can rely on Midshire to provide a quality solution. Partnered with the foremost technology brands, Midshire can provide excellent print equipment and solutions to deliver a managed print service based on individual requirements.
Adrian Low, Group Service Delivery Analyst comments, ‘This adds to our growing list of industry accreditations and highlights our excellence in the area of managed print service. We always strive to deliver the best possible service to our customers.’
Midshire is now celebrating its 25th year in business, and has developed its managed print service offering as one of the best in the industry. A recent nomination as Service Provider of the Year at the 2015 Midlands Business Awards highlights Midshire’s continued commitment to providing a quality service to customers across the country.
