This includes everything from the moment we start to configure your products through to the delivery and any training that may be required, and subsequently our ongoing support.

To ensure that our partnership starts the way we mean it to continue, we would like you to know the process used to deliver and install the equipment with minimal fuss and hassle.

 

Pre-delivery

 

Most customers want their machines delivered as plug and play. To enable us to provide this service we need you to advise us what configuration you prefer by completing the pre delivery documentation which you can download from this site. Once we have the information from you we can initiate the setting up procedure.

 

Location Checklist (click here to download)

 

The location checklist confirms that provision has been made to connect the machine in the right location to both mains and network point where appropriate it will also help to make sure we can get access to the site in the safest and most efficient way, with least disruption to you and your users.

 

User Code List (click here to download)

 

The user code template enables you to advise us how you would like the machines configured in terms of access for your users, many machines have the functionality to enable certain users to access colour printing and copying and other user access only to mono copying and printing.

 

Our customer trainer will input up to six codes for you to demonstrate how easy it is during operator training. You can then add further codes at your convenience.

The network questionnaire gives us information about your network environment allowing us to match up the machines configuration directly to you network before we even deliver the product allowing a seamless transition for your users for scanning and printing

 

Customer Training

 

Full operator training is available and our training staff will contact you to arrange a suitable appointment.
