Customer Satisfaction Survey

Over the past 12 months we have been carrying out our own customer satisfaction survey as part of our ISO 9002 quality standard and the final results are just back in....
 
We had an 80% response rate to the quality questionnaire looking at all aspects of the service we give to our customers and the overall level of customer satisfaction was an excellent 98%.
